Because, sans programming, icons take much much longer to make. Fleshing out all 204 icons would easily take up all the free I had for this competition. It's not that I'm trying to ransom for a win, I just don't have the time to do them all.

Perhaps but the other competitors have also the same problem ...
If i was part off the judges, i just think one of my first criteria for judging would be to see if skins (in that case package) is complete ...

neophil - have you tried making icons? Its a long and difficul process. It takes a TON of time. TFX is just presenting the basics of the icons - to see if its even worth it (read 'do people like it?') so that more can be made.
also, TFX said its his first icon package...its harder than ever during the 1st time.

they have their own personality- simple and attractive.
Their primitive Woodcut style that doesnt use up too much memory- but still looks nice definitely holds a place in icon art.
