I opened it with Izarc, and it seems very incomplete (there are only about 25 icons in the package, and no .iconpackage file).

LOoks really good but I keep getting a message that there is no icon package in the file. Do you have to fix this?

I'm no master or anything, But I'm wondering, isn't there a way where you can just take the pictures and make the pictures into an Icon Packager file?

This file is incomplete, so go to the GUI Championship/Contest area, and type the exact same name as this file into the search box, and download that file, works great for me.

Sorry guys uploading was with error cause my network connection was bad. now i waiting for fixed this problem with communicaion(2-3 days), and than reaupload icon pack. please dont downloade it now, untill i mark new skin in anotation as - "UPDATED".
