i konw rockafire1, i think that this is a problem of Icon Packager. You can make a shorcut for any System Thing, then you can change the icon's shorcut. Try also another Windows changing program, there's a lot of them, any maybe someone does this task correctly

actually, the cd burner, dvd, and cd icon troubles are a problem within windows itself.
