try reinstallig ICQ+(do you mean you cant download the program or the skins?)

Your work is awesome I have most all of it on my puter. Is there a way to get the wall (ignorance is bliss) only shown on the ICQ+skin download? Godzilla, Tornados and bill gates for some reason go together. (notice the caps) let me know if, @ stringdoctor11@aol.com.

I am still kinda new to this stuff. You do wonderful work. I was searching for something that was different and ran across the tore-up xp items, which I think is fantastic, it was just what I was looking for. The only other thing that I really want is the wallpaper you are showing in this "skins for icq". I have looked at all of the sites I could think of including this one and cannot find it anywhere. I clicked on a link that was suppose to take me to it, and it is not there anymore. Could you give me a link to get the wallpaper or possibly Email the wallpaper to me. Thank you very much.
