make sure you unzip the file first.
it contains the readme.txt file and the influx.ipz file, which you double click to install.

great job! I think you should once try to design the nokia software 
keep me up to date and try to create some other skins with the same design (iconPackager, WinAmp, RealJukebox, Windows MediaPlayer; etc...)
