A couple more things to let people know about:
This theme features a new LiteStep feature, custom popup arrows. Woohoo! I love em.
This theme works best with newer builds. Don't worry about having the newest popup2.dll. I have included it in the 3rd party mods with this theme.

Wow this skin is amazing, once I saw it I knew I had to get it, this is my first time skining or replacing my Windows Shell or whatever Litestep does. I am still learning it, but it isn't as hard as I figured at first.
Is this supposd to cover my other applications also? Internet Explorer is not for instance, nor any other windows.
