Well done, Paul! The popup captures the suite, as does do the theme elements at screen bottom. I keep wishing the tasks were larger, though.

First off all I will say that I think that yuor Litestep version off "Antares" is very good.

I think it was a good idea of yuo to include the winamp. Though I personally think yuo also maybee should have considered to include the rainlendar (developed to the theme "Antares" also).

Second I unfortunately have some problem's I unfortunetely cant figure out to solve myself.

1: the vvm which should be placed in the bar in the middle shows insteadf up in the left corner off my screen.

2: as far as I can see the clock in the bar shows only "West Coast" (WC) time in the USA and some other time I really cant figure out vere is coming from (maybee Australian?).

(And it is not my internal clock on the computer which stand in the wrong time-zone. I have checked it twice).

3: I cant really figure out to change the size off the font's in the popup (Im running this at resolution 1280 x 1024). I imagine that the theme is developed for lower resolutions.

Every time I tries to change something in this theme my screen unfortunetely freeze's.

4: It would have been nice to have a second wall to choose from than the one which the theme is uploaded with.

I know that yuor response to this will be I am free to chose another wall (from the net), but this takes time because I like to have a wall which both are related to the theme Im using (this theme: Star-trek: Antares) and second also match the colo(u)rs used in the the theme.

I know that there are another wall called Antares which are also are available at pixstudio deveolped to go together this theme. But I dont really thin that it matches the litestep theme

Anyway would have been nice if there have some sort off wallpaper whit a logo, startrekship or something (from the same website that the firsk Antares wallpaper wa inspired from).

3 + 4 are something I can live with (size of the font's) and solve myselve (another wallpaper).

1 + 2 I very much hope yuo can helpe me how to solve.

If there is anyone who is interested in a wallpaper with the Star-trekship off the Antares-class called NX-01(the first Enterprise) here is a link:

Personally I think it goes very well with the theme with regarding to colo(u)rs and sofort

*Label LabelTime

LabelTimeOnLeftDoubleClick control.exe Timedate.cpl

Main time is actually GMT+10....Melbourne Australia.....edit the 'UTC+10' to suit your locale....the right-click time is Wincustomize.com-time [I'm pretty sure]....
This is in the theme.rc file...

PopupFontHeight 14

That's the line in the theme.rc.....try 16 or perhaps 18...

If the VWM has defaulted to top-left I expect it's a module version conflict of some sort...or you have edited the theme.rc and or conditionals.rc....and broken the co-ords settings.

Oh, and as far as nice space-oriented wallpapers go, check out artofgregmartin.com, or visit his gallery at deviantart.com: http://sirgerg.deviantart.com/gallery/

To Jafo

First of all thanx for the svift answer to all my questions.

Second I have say that if i make the changes yuo put forward in yuor answer (font-heigt and clock-setting) and then recycvcle the result (unfortunately) is that my screen "freeze's.

So after this I have restart the machine again in safe-mode in order to at least get it running again

I have tried to the delete my former version off litestep and then uploading it again oin order to solve an eventuak module version conflict wit no luck at all.

The result is again as described before.

And no I have not edited neither the theme.rc (other than the changes suggested by yuo) nor the conditionals.rc.

OK, guys....main 'bug-squash' is to add this line to the theme.rc.....[thanks, Phil]...

ConfigDir "$ThemeDir$Config\"

I'll be posting an update soon...bugfixes and graphic tweaks...

REGARDING ALTERNATIBE WALLPAPER.

Found this while surfing around trying to find more "stuff" to rhe Antares theme:

http://www.skinbase.org/files/skins/Antares_DT.jpg

Maybee yuo (or another) could convince him to upload it.

Or maybee include it (the wallpaper) if yuo maybee are going to upload this theme a third time later on.

Hmmmm

Im been using this theme for a few days now.

The updated version functions better than the original version.

But I still won't recommend chaging anything in the theme.rc (not even the height of the popupfont's).

If yuo do that the screen still frezee's and you have to restart the machine.

Then it restart's the are distorted and yuo need to redownload the theme all over in order to use it again.

So my advice is the following: use as it is or not at all.

You shouldn't have to change anything anyway....and if you do you should know what you are doing.
No 'sensible' alteration would necessitate a 'redownload'.....any properly functioning shell theme can be broken through inexperience...

I've noticed a high CPU load at times with this....fault of all the animations....but have done more testing....got a peak of 50+% down to less than 5.....which is not noticable....so yet another update is on the way.....though Animation count is up to 25.....
