You need to download and install "LogonStudio", which you can get for free here: Stardock LogonStudio. Then, download this logon and double-click it which will automatically install it for you.

I have a cool idea, you think you could make this into a theme for WB or a master skin even to go along with this!!! 
I would buy it in a second you, you could/would make BIG $$$

hi broo....wonderfull logon....but if you can animate it more ...like real FBI logon....understand me??? did you watch action videos???? plz if you can animate it like real FBI...i'm gonna Buy it if you want...i respect your work...already purchased the full object destop suite ..its amazing.
