I'll have to agree with longhitter on this one, Great Texas flag 
(1 star, 2 stripes = TX, 50 stars, 13 stripes = US) Either way, Texas is the greatest country

Love This Logon Screen!
Here's what you have to do to get it to install..
Rename the file to a AmericanFlag.zip
You have to go to tools/folder options/View.. Check show hidden files.
and uncheck the hide extensions to known file types.in order to rename the file.

Strange that a well done logon can make me think back to my fathers 32 years as a Naval Aviator....but it does and it makes me feel proud. Cheesy but true. Thank you for your time, effort and excellent result.��

Just download the file to a folder and rename it to AmericanFlag.zip and extract out the logonxp file "American Flag.logonxp" and then "load" it with Logon Studio. It will then create the "American Flag" logon.
