just to let you know that is not the american flag it is the Texas flag, whitch works out good for me because i live in texas

Here's what you have to do to get it to install..
Rename the file to a AmericanFlag.zip
You have to go to tools/folder options/View.. Check show hidden files.
and uncheck the hide extensions to known file types.in order to rename the file.

Just download the file to a folder and rename it to AmericanFlag.zip and extract out the logonxp file "American Flag.logonxp" and then "load" it with Logon Studio. It will then create the "American Flag" logon.
