This is my first theme and it took me some time getting everything positioned just right myself.
You can hold down the Ctrl key while you drag the bar where you want it.

You should add the CTRL key comment in the description for the OB theme. I also have 1280x1024 resolution. It would have saved me a ton of poking around. - nice skin and effect.

Second comment - many of the buttons and arrows don't use real pink (255,0,255) and are not transparent. I have had to modify them to work. Just a suggestion for an update - otherwise, it is an awesome theme! Thanks!

is there any way to make the positions relative to the corners they should be in, rather than fixed?
