It is a zip file. You need to unzip it and the litesilver.obpack will be inside the folder.

I like how the blue gradient on the top and bottom of the popup menus give the illusion of a tapered menus as if the left side is taller than the left.

The download is a ZIP file... the OBPACK file is inside the ZIP.

The file I downloaded is not a zip file. I tried to extract it but got message it is not zip file. I cannot install the theme.
