Yes, I would love to some other icons for Elements. I'm taking any suggestions here. Eventually I would like to have complete set for all Adobe products, if people would like that. So, feel free to make requests.

Yeah, well maybe you're right, but I know I actually put time into these. I try and pay careful attention to the little details - gloss, subtle highlights, shadows, ect. And the other half of the time I spent figuring out a way to design the icons, and make them readable. Yes, I stole the box art from the Suite products, but they still took time. The may be crap, and thats fine with me, but I rather like constructive criticism to help me improve on my work. Also, if you come off as very arrogant and superior, I don't think very many people will want to listen to what you have to say, no matter how great your advice may be. Just a little tip, that is if you really want to help people improve.
Btw, If you would like to take a look at my work, I can send you the .psd, so you could give me some helpful feedback.
Here is an example of the original design with the box art.

How about you pony up some of your own work. All of the graphics/icons/skins here are done by people on their own time. You sound like a grade A wanker bagging someone for putting in the effort and comming up with great looking work. Who's the "big company thats foundation is off of computer generation and graphics"? And what do you do for them? Empty designers rubbish bins?

I think you might want to get past the citizen level prior to randomly insulting others after they make good contributions. If, indeed, you're as skilled as you claim, you could try backing it up with some submissions or other work of your own. Additionally, it doesn't give you the right to look down on everyone else from some sort of personal throne, much less spout off about how amazing you are in other peoples' comments sections.
IMO the icons are great, patrick. Certainly not crap.

These are nice!
Don't know that I could do better. So if you don't mine I am going to ride with yours.
It would be nice to see a complete set of adobe products done by you.
I personally would like one for Elements. If you have to put together a slide show for a client, elements blows away any thing that Bridge CS3 can do.
