You'll need to recode this for the left and the right. You can't use the same numbers for left/right that you did for top bottom because it's borked up. Run it on the left and see. I opened the .ini file and each position has the same parameters.

Here, paste this into your .ini file. (just select all and paste over what you've got) You will need to create a blank 128x128 canvas and save it as tileblank.png. Place that in the same folder as the background images. (This is important as it will shrink the icons. A background like this get's overpowered by regular sized icons.)

[Info]
Name = RED
ProportionalStretch = 1

[Tile]
Image = tileblank.png
ResizeIconByPercent = 75
OffsetIconByPercentX = 50
OffsetIconByPercentY = 50

[Background]
Image = RED.png
LeftWidth = 300
TopHeight = 0
RightWidth = 300
BottomHeight = 0
OutsideBorderLeft = 100
OutsideBorderRight = 100
OutsideBorderTop = 0
OutsideBorderBottom = 30

[BackgroundTop]
Image = RED-top.png
LeftWidth = 300
TopHeight = 0
RightWidth = 300
BottomHeight = 0
OutsideBorderLeft = 100
OutsideBorderRight = 100
OutsideBorderTop = 30
OutsideBorderBottom = 0

[BackgroundLeft]
Image = RED-left.png
LeftWidth = 0
TopHeight = 300
RightWidth = 0
BottomHeight = 300
OutsideBorderLeft = 30
OutsideBorderTop = 100
OutsideBorderBottom = 100

[BackgroundRight]
Image = RED-right.png
LeftWidth = 0
TopHeight = 300
RightWidth = 0
BottomHeight = 300
OutsideBorderRight = 30
OutsideBorderTop = 100
OutsideBorderBottom = 100

And by the way, this was a good attempt for your first dock. I'm running it right now (with my .ini mods) The out-of-the ordinary background caught my eye right away. I'd also suggest getting the shadow/highlights corrected. Highlight should always be coming from top/left, shadow should always be on bottom/right. A good friend told me that once...

There, it finished, thanks for the help.
as for your last post, i don't think it would look right with uneven lighting, but i'll try it, shouldn't be too hard.

As long as your light is always on top and your shadow is always on bottom...shouldn't be a problem. Oh, I see you didn't put tileblank.png in the folder...the icons are huge on the dock and overpower it. If that is what you were after, you should have taken the [Tile] parameters out. Just trying to help...
