Oh, by the way, feel free to mod this and post this as you wish. I couldn't get the down arrow inside the folder, (I'm super new at photoshop and only know a few basic stuff) so you can do that if you want. I personally like it this way because it stands out more-- I have a lotta stuff on my dock.

hey m8, to put the arrow inside the folder, you need the "front page" of the folder to be a separate layer from the rest of the folder, than put the arrow between the two folder layers(front page/back page). you can drop the opacity to make a gradient if you wish. I'm not that good myself but it think that it could work.
