Looks a bit to similar to 2d Leopard but with no tabs. Still nice work, but I already got similar stuff.

If you do that, the background will go crazy super-size!
I don't know what's the problem causing that...
Your background size is 50x50 pixels but the actual graphic is much smaller because of the outer glow. I'd suggest making the entire thing bigger, maybe 100x100 or even 200x120. Then, take a look at some other folks' .ini files to see how they set them up. You can use a 50x50 background size, but it has to be pretty simple. Take a look at Cygnus by messiah1 (look at the zoomer) It's 50x50. Overall, this is a nice background.
