Ok guys, I've checked out my icon by downloading it and played it. No problems on this end. I've got a lot a comments on the other website telling me they like it. Maybe you should check out the "how to" http://rocketdock.com/addon/docklets/5311 I hope it will help

Well I tried to view my icon on a slower pc, it didn't previewed BUT when I added it in the dock, it works. So take a chance on my icon they are worth it.

Open configure dock. Find animated dock shortcut. Click make dock. There will be a question mark icon added to your dock bar. Right click the icon open dock properties. Remove the "mailto" line. now search for the short cut you want, say My Documents. Enter the shortcut. Give it a title. Now hit, set image. It will open whatever animated docks you saved. Pick the animated image, Hit OK. Choose whether you want to have mouse over animation or leave it blank and get animation all the time or whatever choices you want. Click OK and your animated dock icon should ne there. Right click if it is not animating and choose toggle animate. Just remember, animation takes a hit on the CPU so if you use a duel CPU or a fast chip with at least a couple of gigs of memory you'll be fine. A decent GPU doesn't hurt either. Hope this helps. It took me a bit and this may not be what the directions indicate or more to the point, what directions. It works for me just fine and they really are very cool indeed.
