Okay, I figured it out. Once you enter the path in the "Command" field, you have to left click on the docklet and hold the button down for a couple seconds before it launches your selected program.

This is the way I originally decided to code this docklet... single click on it will "select" the docklet, thus using your wheelmouse after a click will let you raise/lower the volume, double clicking cycles between mute/unmute.
BTW, I do appreciate you have created such a nice skin for my MasterVolumeDocklet, but I think some recongnition is due here!

This docklet is quite awesome. It looks great and works great. I only have one small request. Would it be possible to make this docklet open "sndvol32.exe" when I click on it? I've tried using the "Command" in the "Volume Docklet Settings", but that doesn't seem to do anything at all.
