You didn't ask for permission to use my icon "Norton System Works 2003" https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=29&SkinID=316 for the icon "Control Panel" that you have made. The icons published here in Wincustomize are freeware but that doesn't mean that you have the right to use them without permission.

to link to control panel, create a new shortcut :
type this in link :
rundll32.exe
and this in argument : shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL
and voila !

I can't get this to bring up a control panel in XP Service Pack 2. What am I doing wrong?
