The desktop gadgets are a program called Rainmeter. Wallpaper uploading today.

Icons into dock: Set the iphone wallpaper fisrt. Create 4 new docks and add 4 icons to each. Resize them and move into each dock one by one into place using the settings menu. Hope this helps.
