Ok, you need to make a animated shortcut folder in the docklets folder for your dock, the dll file to make the animated shortcut should be there. mine looks like this c:\program files\stardock\objectdock\docklets\animated shortcut\ Once you have that just unzip the image file right into that folder with the dll file. After that you just create a new animated shortcut docklet like you would a new shortcut then right click on it and that will bring up the menu to link it to a program, change the image, rename it, and so on
