Not sure. First off you need to unzip to your *ObjectDock* folder - not your *docklets* folder.

hey judge,
it seems 2.0.1 doesn't fully work with 1.0 configs. I tried loading the system.ini from the old sysStats into the 2.0 version, it'll show the cpu % usage, but not the ram when the mouse goes over the icon.
Thanks for the new version though

Yes - I changed the memory meter in a non-backwards compatible way. You will need to edit the meter and the value you want displayed again.

When you unzip make sure you unzip *everything* and that you have the 'Use Folder Names' option checked. Then add a SysStats Icon to the dock. This will add a bright blue question mark. Then RIght-click the bright blue question mark, 'Load...' from the popup menu and one of the .ini files.

The ZIP isn't password protected. It sounds like there is something wrong with your copy of winzip or with the donwload - try donwloading it again.

for anyone who is having troubles with this, try using WINZIP rather than the standard windows xp unzipping jobber.

I've unzipped it successfully and can add a SysStat docklet to my dock. I then right click on the bright blue question mark and load one of the new or old ini files and nothing happens! If I go in to look at the meters, it messes up the ini file! Hellup!!

Nice work! Please add the ability to have a shadow behind the text gauges, it would improve readability a lot!

If you can't do what you want using scripts, you can get the COM/C++ SDK here: http://webpages.charter.net/joolsie/assets/SysStatsExample.zip . Read the documentation that comes with it to find out how to use it.

Any suggestions for my problem Judge? Doesn't matter what ini file I try to load, it never works and if I try to configure meters it seems to eat most of the contents of the ini I loaded. Even the configs supplied don't work. Bizarre.

It sounds like you unzipped into .../ObjectDock/docklets? Don't. You need to unzip into .../ObjectDock
