I have a question concerning ObjectDock in general. If seems to be very jumpy on my system sometimes. The first response I get is that my computer is too slow. This would be my first assumption too except that I have an Athlon 63 XP3400 FX 56 Processor, 1GB ram, Radeon 9800XT.... blah blah blah. There is no reason my computer should be jumpy on this application. Any help would be appreciated.

I can't figure out how to change the CPU temp readout from Celcius to Fahrenheit. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Use the mbm_f.ini config instead of mbm.ini.

I have the same problem as MrBass, and I have unzipped it in .../ObjectDock. I just get that blue question mark, no matter which config I choose, and I have even tried using the "update" function, and restarted Objectdock.. nothing happens.
HELP!

Re install SysStats as follows to make sure that you get back to a known state:

1. Quit ObjectDock
2. Unzip SysStats into the ObjectDock folder making sure that you check 'use folder names' - assuming you're using WinZip.
3. Unzip any of the extra configs you have downloaded into the ObjectDock/docklets folder.
4. Run ObjectDock.
5. Add a SysStats docklet
6. Choose a config.

That should work.

Ok, I just did everything you said, and tried to load these configs:
analogclock_new.ini
mbm_f.ini
system_uptime.ini

Same thing happens, just the question mark (

I even downloaded the SysStats Pack 1, and tried to load a few of those, and that didn't work either

I'm using Windows2000, but that isn't a problem right?

Fleks, I'm guessing it could be a problem with Win2k as that's what I'm using and I still haven't managed to get it to work

I'm going to try and install it on a WinXP virtual machine at some point so I'll let you know how I get on.

In the meantime if anyone has managed to get this working on 2000 can you let us know please.

Hm. I also am having problems with SysStats. I'm using Windows2K SP4. I also get only the question mark when I add a SysStats docklet and try to load a config ini file. I've tried sever deletions and reinstallations of the sysstats and numerous config files. No luck. Is anyone using SysStats successfully on Win2K? Has anyone successfully managed to get SysStats working after experiencing the problem described here?

Yeah, I just installed this on a win2k machine and am having the same problem... Cannot load any config files. Very frustrating, not sure what the problem is.

H E L P

I've downloaded Sysstats 2, installed it as described, and every time I rightclick on my Objectdock it crashes. So I can't access my ObjectDock general menu.

I've copied and pasted my sysstats 1 version to a different folder, but in an attempt to repair the problem I've "cut" and copied it, so I don't have my sysstats 1 version no longer.

Any ideas what I could do, could someone send me the sysstats 1 version. My Objectdock has seen months of customizing and tweaking, so I don't want to uninstall and start again. Anyone any ideas.

Thanks

Where it says unit=s, change it to unit=m and then change the temperature overlays to say degC rather than degF...

I read Judge's comment on how to switch between metric/enlish for the temp on the weather tool but is this possible to do for the CPU temp tool? I have MBM displaying the information in F, but it shows up as C on the SysStats tool.

Thanks for any help!

You have to load up mbm_f.ini
