As for the download problem with the IconPackage, I'm getting the same thing just now 
Must be a server problem. I'm going to ask the author if he can upload the IconPackage to WinCustomize.

Thanks much Karina. I look forward to the fix for this problem. I actually converted all the pngs to icons and was going to install them one by one into a package. I believe I fell asleep 1/4 into the task. You've worked so hard on this. I am humbled...Gail
