Am I the only one having this problem? I go to the website to get the code for my location but there is no number like that in the URL. The docklet is already set to Paris code like you said...FRXX0076, but there is no code anywhere close to that in the URL. Please help.

ok I have some time now so i will try to make it work for sysstats 2.1

Silly question :
where can I find systats 2.1?
the only version I could find is 2.0.1

Weird.....I had it running and somehow I screwed it up and now it wont work with sysstats 2.1 - it looked very cool for the short period when I had it running. BTW, when I d/l sysstats 2.01 it was actually 2.1

If i am mistaken then please correct me, but I believe that your config file does not find certain weather icons. FOr instance when the weather was going to be snowy/rainy it did not put up the 05 icon which would indicate snowy/rainy. It might be that your config does not understand that specific weather.com value. If you have any idea how to fix this, I would very much appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Normally I fixed the problem for the icons not showing up.
The problem was that the config is looking for icons named without a zero first.
So the correct name for the icons is :
0.jpg and not 00.jpg
1.jpg and not 01.jpg etc...
no problem after 9

To solve this problem I submitted my config with icons correctly named.
But if you are using custom icons make sure they are correctly named.

is there a way to have it show the day of the week instead of the day of the month?

Works great! Very well done! I have no problems with it If only you could make it use icons for each day, that would be super!

Why does it always say "Previsions: New York, NY (10036)"

What is this "previsions" word?

Previsions is the French word for forecast I think. The docklet if you notice in the image is set to Paris, France so obviously one can determine that the docklet was submitted with the french settings. It is easily changed if you right click the docklet and change the label. I changed it to "Six Day Forecast" but thats just me.

I am having a little problem with the docklet. For some reason everytime I my pc shuts down Object Dock without it having enough time to save the data I have to redownload the config file and remake the settings and create a new SyStats Docklet. Is this because I am using the freeware version of OD? Or is it something about the Docklet? Could someone also tell me why OD goes very slowly when closing both it or its Options Window?

hello everyone,
yes prévision is the french word for forecast
it is possible to change the date of the month by the date of the week, but the
reason i didnt do it is because "wednesday" is to large and the text are overlapping
if you want to do it anyway just change de parameters @dt by @t in the textoverlays date1~date6
ex for date1 :
replace /weather/dayf/day[1]/@dt by /weather/dayf/day[1]/@t

finally for the problem when you shutdown your pc:
It's a object dock problem, everytime you close OD it saves everything again, overwriting previous file.
The problem with that is if your computer shuts down before everything is saved properly, the docklet are partialy deleted...
so no solution for that except wait until OD is closed before shutting down, and hope the next version of OD will work better.

I don't see any problem here, if object dock can access to internet it should work fine
this docklet uses systats so maybe you should check on this side...

I fixed the local thingy by placing my zip code with the France code ex:
http://xoap.weather.com/weather/local/FRXX0076?dayf=7&unit=s
http://xoap.weather.com/weather/local/23704?dayf=7&unit=s

This is definately a cool dock.
