jakers158, download SysCmd https://www.wincustomize.com/Skins.aspx?LibID=29&view=1&sortby=4&sortdir=DESC&p=1&advanced=0&searchtxt=syscmd
extract to docklet folder, right click on dock, add syscmd for each shutdown mode you want, right click each syscmd set it
for what you want, then right click it again and set icon.

Im sorry but i downloaded that syscmd thing now what? please try to explain it in a more easier way im dum

No problem jasonpoon; nice icons.
There is a read me file in the SysCmd zip file.
It is a docklet, must be in this folder; C:\Program Files\Stardock\ObjectDock\Docklets
It will then be listed under Add on pop up menu when right click on edge of dock
Add it, right click on icon, on list set for example; shutdown, list will close, right click icon again, at bottom of menu set icon
pick an icon. If you want logoff, restart etc must add syscmd for each then set each then set icon for each.
