I love this oriental theme, it's simple and very elegant, but I need to know who I should ask for permission to use the wonderful Kendo font for some of my own stuff.
I have to admit that I have already used it twice but I have several other skins that it would look great on and to use it more than twice, without permission is going beyond the realms of cheekiness.

You dont need permission to use a font. Neither buzz nor I made the font so it can be used by anyone. The only time that might make a difference is if you were to make a Digital Display Widget using A ceratain font that someone has already used in a theme..like on buzz's DesktopX Theme he made a digital clock display using a font font called Karate " So It wouldnt be the best thing to make an exact copy of that and upload it...but for your own use you dont need permission to alter a wallpaper or a blind. You just cant distribute them to others.
Glad you liked this Oriental Theme..I just made the Rainlendar portion ..buzzh58 was the creator .
