where you'll find presets, as well as info about contacting the authors (whom I've spoken with, and advised during the evolution of this amazing toy...), and update progress.

I had a matrix screensaver a couple years ago that was hot (or should I say hawt), but I've long since forgotten where it was from and it had an annoying advert screen about the program that made it.

Jalida, I'm not sure why it is going so slow on a computer like yours, but try reducing the amount of numbers in the easy settings. I found the more columns it has the slower it goes.

Great work, even the abilities to change several settings convinced me.

Worked great that way...
My work computer at my old job used to run this fine (but it had a GREAT video card, so go figure), but my computer at my new job won't touch it (onboard video I think).
I'm in the process of upgrading my computer (that now runs WinXP Pro) to a 256MB Video Card, and I'll see if that with the 524MB system RAM is enough to make this thing sing again...

If you cannot see the screensaver chances are you need to upgrade your graphics card or graphics card drivers .... This is from their website:
REQUIREMENTS
Microsoft Windows 98 Operating System or later
Tested successfully on Windows 2000, XP and 2003 Server.
Graphics card driver with support of and fully conformant with OpenGL 1.1
Although the screensaver may run on some old "miniGL" drivers,
at least the nVidia GeForce2 or ATI Radeon 7200 is recommended.
Optional: Stereo sound card
If you wish to enjoy the sound of falling characters.
Optional: Internet connection
So you can visit this website, check for and download latest versions.
