thanks for the link Xelcyr!! I will have less job to do now 
uhm for the icon I used a package, the name is genesis I think and for the objet dock icon it's some image that i have found over the net and that I modifiy to fit with the blue theme, i got them in red too for my previous screen shot

sorry but this download is only a picture of my desktop, to have it you need to have a lot of programs like windows blind and objetdock that you can find on www.stardock.com. I hope that it help you

I have window blind ... but can I have the name of the desktopX theme, if any. What about the object, icons ... where can I get all those?

the windows blind I use is GT3, I don't use desktopX and the icons was modify by me so it's hard to find. The 2 programs runing are winamp and DFX 7,2 the two skin were modified by me too 
For the sysmetrix it's the GT3 version. I hope that these informations will help you

you also need to download the program name sysmetrix and then when you will click on the skin it will be apply on the sysmetrix automticly, like windows blind.. good luck
