nevermind got it, but how do i plae the icons for recyle bin again with out using the icon prog

Hello again thepcdude. To change the recycle bin icons (and other "special" desktop icons) do the following:
1.Right-click over your desktop
2.On the drop-down menu that appears, select "Properties"
3.In the "Display Properties" dialog window that opens up, select the "Desktop" tab
4.On the "Desktop" tab, click on the "Customize Desktop..." button
5.In the "Desktop Items" dialog window that opens up, you are given the chance to change the "My Computer", "My Documents", "My Network Places", "Recycle Bin (full)", and "Recycle Bin (empty)" Icons.
Sorry if I was "too" specific, it's not that I'm being rude at all. I just like to explain everything asked to me as clearly and detailed as possible (would love if everybody on internet thinked the same).

i fully understand ya, im good at software programming but im new to the moding and skinning, so wasnt for sure where to go for that thanks....
