It would seem that you have a love of the seafaring and nautical.
Oh yes, I grew up with the sea, in the fishing town of Brixham in Devon England. I spent many hours on the trawlers fishing and sailing the high seas.

Well this is drop-dead gorgeous MrStarkers!
You've painted another wonderful piece of art desguised as a desktop!
I love JC Rabbit's designing, it's always cutting edge!
And Kitty M's blind fits perfect, I mean you've literally built another integrated theme with these choices!
My only hope is that you don't mind getting downloaded and rated by a "Land Lubber!"�

No, not at all....in fact, if it weren't fer ye landlubbers us'd 'ave no taverns ta 'ide us frum tha Admiralty.

Yes, the sea/ocean has always had an appeal for me, having grown up and lived near it for much of my life. I served as a merchant seaman for a while and really enjoyed the life at sea, so I guess it's only natural me to want to do nautical themes now I'm 3 or so hours from the nearest beach, even.
I'd also like to thank you for dropping by and commenting....and if my shot has helped inspire you to create something nautical, then I'm most pleased it has been of use to you.
