Hello, I randomly ended up back on this website. Thanks for the comments.
Unfortunately this skin wasn't something I could upload to wincustomize, it is merely a screenshot.
Everything in this image can be found on the internet. check out youtube for things like rocket dock and stardock.. then search high res mac icons and map them using rocket dock... (really easy) get a nice background badabing badaboom.
