Sidebar Gadget Vista.
If having to click the file XXX.Gadget to install it, the gadget does not appear in the sidebar, it is probably about a problem of language.
1. Find the folder "Gadget":
User/name/AppData/Local/Microsoft/Windows Sidebar/gadget
2. Look for the folder Brushed Calendar.Gadget.~000 open it,
- Copy/paste the folder of language and rename in your language,
For example French to English: fr-FR > en-US
( To know your language name, look in the folder of an installed gadget)
- Close the file Brushed Calendar.Gadget.~000 and rename it: Brushed Calendar.Gadget
Brushed Calendar.Gadget appears in the Gallerie. Add it.

not sure why but this will not install for me. I have tried it on 2 differnt computers now.
