i know this is an old theme to you however it is one of my favorites and i can't get it to download please help (i have all the programs)

Having some problems..
I got all the latest Object Desktop programs...
Basicly i click download.. it opens the file in Themes Manager..
I click apply. and moves on to download the files..
But it dosnt actualy download anything..
moves down the list and says installing theme.
but its not. stays on the previouse theme..
When u click remove theme. it says u cant. its being used.
