hmm..how do you put a skin onto your computer thing..i have it downloaded..i think but hwo to i install it to it ?

I am a newcomer to Wincustomize. I would love to see some minimalist suites, elegant yet functional. I have seen great artwork out there, but you know, some of us don't have large amounts of memory (yet) or super-boards inside those nice towers. Not that I don't enjoy the visuals...I love them, but those huge wallpaper files and skin files just don't leave room for this machine that I run. Now, I do plan on doing some skin-writing, but I would like to see something with some ATI in it too. I see someone with some skills has applied themselves to NVIDIAs cause...and Pixstudio is, well, the SCHTUFF, if you know what I mean. I had NVIDIA on my last board, but it was PCI and I decided I should spend a little extra, ya know, for some umph-AGP is faster, bigger, stronger and ya gotta have some kinda grphics card ifn ya ain't got no onboard video. So, How's about some perdy ATI skinnin?
