it does not work...it doesnt install or change anything on my pc

I am just beginning. For some reason it works fine on mine. The only thing that is different on my machine from the snapshot is all the little icons below the start menu, and the system tray seems to be a little different. The one on the snapshot is stacked, mine is still flat.... either case, very nice theme, I am sure I am doing something wrong.... but everything else works great - very cool indeed.

I really like this theme - very cool and nice color scheme, but I am having a problem with it not fittimg my entire screen. When I try to maximize any window it fits most of the desktop except an inch off the very left side. I would really like keeping it but this is what's holding me back from using it. If this theme could be setup to support a higher resolution (1024 by 768) I would be more than happy to use it!
