downloaded it but there is no file in there just a readme and pic.

The file you see is not a readme file is a WinStyles.ini file and you'll need the WinStyle/ThemeManager program to apply the skins.

Ok maybe its just me but like, when i go into theme manager and hit apply it does its whole thing anddownloads the files, but then it stops and nothing happens what am i doing wrong
