I downloaded this but I cannot figure out how to open it. What am I doing wrong.

This is a Theme Manager Suite, in order to use that you will need the corresponding programs for the skins in the suite. In other words you will need the programs WindowBlinds, DesktopX, ObjectDock and so forth in order to apply those skins to your desktop.

Theme Manager is in a need of updating, it is one reason I list all the skins with links in the description. At this point in time I would suggest downloading the individual skins and then try to use Theme Manager to apply the skins.

I'm so glad you mentioned the trouble with Theme Manager. I had been wondering why none of the TM Suites I was downloading were showing up in TM. Hopefully it will be updated and working again soon. These suites are still wonderful!
