I just love this theme and i installed everything but i am not getting how to install tiles, what program does it need and where to get it please let me know

Download "Tiles"-software : https://www.stardock.com/products/tiles/downloads.asp
Then download this and doubleclick what you get, it will tell you what to do after that

I did what you said in the comments above did not work, I have a lot in this Skin Very Mad in Tiles 
!Thankful For me if you care to explain in detail how to install it I might not have understood, I hope not to bother!

Have you got Free or Did you Buy FULL version ?
You can Not change skin with the Free version.

I understand something, to change a skin in Stardock Tiles, you have to buy the program. With free version of tiles , dosn't work. I have a one question to the author of this skin, where I can find the wallpaper on the picture? Because it's very awesome

can I get this wallpaper without the screenshot and tiles?? your link had the screen shot. I set this theme up for my son and would love to have the wallpaper to complete it...please!
