This is how to install Animations or Toolbar Icons. (Just for those who think they have a problem with installing it...)
This is installed just by clicking on the download button. Then you need to open and configure WindowBlinds; on the left side click on My Animations or My Toolbars, find the skin, select the second or the third option (whichever suits you the best), and Viola! Your new animations/toolbars are ready to go...
