how does it work???
i have windows blind 3.5, windows 98SE and the skin dogmax, but when I download it, it says: " There appears to be no .uis file in this skin. are you sure it is a windows blind skin?"

seems to me that there must be something missing, i'm sure he'll fix it soon. I hope he does because this is the best looking toolbar i think so far

I love the look of this, but WindowBlinds won't allow me to load the file. Says that there isn't a .uis file present.
