blazeaway....it's a zip file...you can extract it with objectzip, zipzag or winrar.
Open your Windows blinds/my animations and just select this file from there.

I received the file as a .wba extension. I double clicked it, I then went into Windowblinds ->Toolbars and selected it from there. Hope this helps.
