this looks nice good morphing...and is also somewhat funny! they are going uphill and it looks like that guy in the front is smoking a cigarette? gotta love habitual determination!

I thought blue/gold was an odd combination GM - until I opened zip and realised its one of each colour. I have the gold up right now. Looks great. I have so many photos - I wish I knew this tecnique. Very nice.

hehe.. thanks skinhit.  I'm not a smoker myself, but i have heard that quitting is an uphill battle.  I reckon ya gotta start somewhere.

Thanks Fairyy~.  You should go ahead and upload some.  The same graphics programs you use for your skins can edit the photographs.  I use a program called Neat Image http://www.neatimage.com/ to take care of the digital grain (if it is a problem).  Fuzzy Logic is a great photographer and I'm sure he has a lot of tips to share, and there is a whole community of graphics masters here to learn from.  The only special photograpy tip I used for this one is that I shot from a level somewhat lower than the subjects so the sky was unobstructed.  And I used a generic metering to increase the contrast.

This is really kool...I love the *artsy* look. I especially like the feeling of movement in the gold one...the first guy is just kind of slowly taking his time!!!

Yes - I've been trying , but haven't had results that I felt were good enough. Like TC said - you gave this the modern artsy look. Black sillouettes always look great anyway.

Was the 1st Cyclist a guy ? I thought it was but could be a woman with a cap on and peddlepusher shorts.

hehe... yeah, they were both guys.  They had been standing there watching the waves when they started to go.  I was surprised when the first one stopped to light up first.  It just seemed odd timing.  Regarding not having results that you feel are good enough... sometimes I think you can be your own worst critic.  Even if the photographs aren't artsy they would be good to see.  Fuzzy does UK and Europe; I do Hawaii; it would be good to see your part of the country.  I have done a lot of silhouettes most of which aren't black.  All you really need is a simple, or semi simple background and backlit subjects (though these aren't).  You can see more of them in my gallery.  It is a fun style to experiment with.  You know that you have a choice, when you upload, to have them show in your personal gallery or the public one?  I have been uploading for awhile 'to my personal gallery only'.  It is a good place for photographs that you think are good, but not quite 'good enough'.  Even though most people don't know they are there, your friends would.  And you can get feedback that way.  You can get used to the feeling of having something like that 'uploaded'.  I've come to think of them as limited edition shots since they rarely get seen and downloaded.

Hope they don't see this - I guess I'sd be no good at identifying anyone during a bank robbery huh

I know about the personal sites. Where I live its just a bunch of water. Most of the good stuff I have is of New Zealand. Id like to do more like you have done rather than just upload photos. I'll work on it. We also have an area on our sites called photo albumn for photos, but I think I tried uploading there and couldnt through firefox.
