This has an incredible gui, can you convert this to win media player please? I love it a lot, and if you made it a windows blinds skin it would be a person favorite, the glowing green bars add incredible detail and eye candy

This is the first skin I downloaded to install. It looks great, but,,,all it does is unzip. How do I get it installed??
