permission from Essorant is actually in the .wsz just open it in winrar or something and you can see it. should really mention that

about the permission, i tell you a story : years ago i did a skin from two skins of Lorene Lalonde to make the first Winamp skin with french buttons (it was for the frenc developper of the official winamp traductor). So i asked Lorene for permission and she said she's doesn't want to see two of her Winamp's skin melted to do one ... so i did'nt upload the skin anywhere and i told the french traductor to do the same ... he doesn't and it became the 1st officail french winamp's skin ... i'm still desapointed for lorene
