You can use the automatic WB converter in OB - just select "Windows XP" with the theme "*Use WindowBlinds Skin*". Alas, it doesn't look quite right because OB doesn't have proper TGA support. I think this will be in a future build, though.

Mmm. Nicely done, treetog. The only thing I'd like is to be able to close maximised windows by "throwing" the mouse to the top right and clicking (a wider close button, about two pixels more on the right edge). Some animation on the start button would be extra cool, too. (perhaps showing "NO -> OS"?

I love it, but...why do some apps (Outlook) fail to minimize? The minimize icon on the upper right toggles between maximize and whatever the original size was....any suggestions or ideas?

I just wanted to say 'thank you' for this skin. 
I've been using it with win2000 at work and WinXP at home, and I've found it to be a nice, clean, easy-on-the-eyes skin. Great job!

The minimize button is not matched up to the place you have to click. You have to click a couple of pixels to the left in order to minimize a window. Apart from that, an absolutely stunning skin.
