For the wallpaper right click on the link I have in the Description area and "Save target as...".
Open "Display Properties" and the "Desktop" tab, then just click the button "Browse" and find the wallpaper to add it

May I suggest something?
Would it be possible to hide buttons that don't exist on a dialog boxes?
Example, the Confirm Folder Delete in the picture. It shows three buttons, but only the X works/supposed to be there.

I bought the $50 Object Desktop just for this GUI mod. It's just incredible--far and away the best available.
Once I figure out how to use these damn programs I'll be dangerous. Only to myself probably...

I have an issue though, please help. My Favorites menu does not function. The background doesn't work. All other aspects are fine. Only the Favorties menu. Could you explain??

The favorites menu can not be skined by WindowBlinds, this is natural with all the skins.
