Might have to do a computer restart to fix the startbutton deal. Not sure why yet. Menu separator? Button text made smaller...still overflows on two-worded buttons. Nope...no help button
Let me know what you mean by "fairly distributed" and "octee/weighted" stuff

The start button here only shows up to the bottom of the apple logo. No menu separator (again, this may be correct for the skin, just seems a bit strange). Button text font is a little big - text overflows. No help button?
As to the size issue, it's not too bad (the 1.2Mb size shown doesn't seem to be correct, unless I'm mistaken). You could probably save a bit by converting bitmaps to 256 colours each (indexed bitmaps) - few of them are using more than that (hint - use an octree/weighted conversion rather than a "fairly distributed" conversion to ensure you get lots of blue and white).
