Hello i have just download yr skin today but it has no toolbar with it an its not in my windowsblind so could you let me know the fish are up above but nothing donw the bottem im running xp an windowblind 5.5 june

Unfortunately I have to say it's not so attractive to look. No wonder the author didn't want to publish it. But I admire the author's ingenuity of matching the skin and the wallpaper so well in the demo.
