Great great skin - its on both my machines I like it so much.
However the white button text colour causes to many problems in to many applications to be worth while. I used SkinStudio to change it to black. Even Microsoft can't get this right see IE6 Tools|InternetOptions|Advanced

Ha, of course on Windows XP their is no problem with IE and the white button text. And it does look much nicer than black

This wasnt one of my favorites when i first got WB,I was looking for gawdier stuff(you know,flashy)but after making my first WB I went back for another look and discovered a lot of qualty graphics and thought that have gone into this.Superior work!

I always go back to Blackcomb after trying other skins. It is *truly* the best. Microsoft should dump its "Plex" plans for Longhorn and instead pay TheGreenReaper a big bundle of cash to use Blackcomb as a design base!

I must say that I absolutely love this skin! It Rocks! Only problem... When running ISPQ 6, all the text is white and I can't find where the white text is coming from within the skin. I've told windowblinds not to skin the app, but no luck on fixing the problem. I ran the IE reg file to see if that would help and as well.. nothing... Any thoughts? Again.. Great Job on the Skin.. it kicks A$$ LOL

Alas, the problem is probably that app is using the button text colour and assuming it is white. There's not a lot you can do about that other than set it to be black in SkinStudio (but then all the buttons are rather unreadable). Or contact the programmers and tell them they messed up [nicely ;-] and that if they wanted black they should specify black.

Hello!! I Like Your Skin Very Much!! It is Beautiful!! But I have a question, Why did you Use The MSN-ButterFly at the start-buttom and in the start-menu?! It is nice.. but maybe using a Silver Windows-logo (just the one @ Neowin) is more "nicer" but than again!! Nice Work!! (please forgive me, i am someone from The Netherlands So my English is not very well

Hehe, well . . . the best reason is that it was the artist's choice. AJCrowley did the artwork for the start panel, and I can't say he did it badly.
I'm not sure what logo you're referring to, but since this skin was designed a while back, it might not have been available at the time. But if you think it would be better, by all means, edit the bitmaps for your own use, and you can have a silver windows logo there. That's the fun bit about skinning, you can always make your own modifications! *grin*

Hello, nice skin, I only have one problem /question. When i use the software studio Reason 2.5 with this skin on, the buttons in the secuencer dont work, and also its not possible to separate the sequencer-window from the hardwarerack-window. Could you maybe look into why this is not possible?
Other than that this is the best skin for windowblinds I've seen sofar.

I've downloaded the demo but am unable to see exactly what you mean - I can press all the buttons I've tried. Can you be more specific about what's going wrong? Also, is this the normal or the UIS2 version of the skin?
I don't think I can check the separation as the demo doesn't seem to support cutting and pasting stuff (I can move things about inside the rack just fine). If you can tell me exactly what you mean in this respect too I might be able to do something about it, or at least tell the programmer about the problem (but if it can't be done with the demo version, it's probably not going to get fixed except accidentally - if he can't see it, he can't fix it).

I like this skin the best because it is subtle and efficient. Try it with the PLUS! space wallpaper. I had a problem getting it to load when WindowsBlinds got updated to V4.2. I deleted all of the files in the Blackcomb folder and downloaded the archive file. Works fine now! Using XP Home.

I love this skin!! Just one problem. The start menu runs so slow when this one is running on my Win XP Home Machine. Any idea what can cause this?
