It is .wba file for WindowBlinds, when you download it it goes to Temporary Internet Files and from there with double click on it, goes to Display Control Panel from where you can use it, but you need WindowBlinds from Stardock.com

I haven't purchased WindowBlinds as of yet, so I don't the full benefits of all of your hardwork; Omega II (with the background wallpaper) is incredible. The hardest part was finding it after I downloaded it. I am using Windows 2000.

POPNOT! I found this through cnet.com or download.com... it stops all annoying pop up screen after, a couple key strokes of your fingers... SO now I can look at the beautiful and very modern skin on my aging computer. Thank-you. Hopefully I will add to your site... BobJr

I'm rarely impressed by anything... but this does the trick! And for those that like to read these here posts.. its adni18's fault that sooner or later ima post me a wall or 2. I mean it's this kind of work that inspires me to do something like it.
